All incoming shipments require pre-approval. Use the form below to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) for the return of your item, and we will respond via phone or email. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Material Authorization number attached.

AMAZON RETURNS: To return a product purchased through Amazon.com, log into your Amazon account to initiate the return request. Go to “Your Orders” and click on “Return or Replace Items” to complete your request.

WALMART RETURNS: To return a product purchased through Walmart.com, log into your Walmart account to initiate the return request. Go to "My Account" and click on "Track Orders” then "Start a Return" to complete your request.
