Lake Erie Systems offers for sale only the highest quality new and refurbished computer hardware and supplies available. We provide technical support and repairs for everything we sell. If for any reason you, the end user, are not completely satisfied with the product received, you may return it within 30 days for exchange or full refund (excluding laser consumables, new laser printers, repair parts, special orders, and freight charges, see below).
 
Warranty
New products have the full manufacturer's warranty. Spare parts, assemblies and repairs have 90 day Lake Erie Systems warranty. Laser consumables are exchangeable for like product only, if defective. Warranty on refurbished whole units (i.e. printers) is three months, unless otherwise stated.
 
Pricing and Payment Options
Prices change frequently, and we offer quantity pricing on many items. Please check back often or call for current pricing and availability. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, prepayment or COD. Open accounts are available for companies, government agencies, and institutions with pre-approved credit terms. A handling fee is charged for all web orders under $25.
 
Shipping and Returns 
A shipping charge is added to all orders based on the rate charged by the carrier of your choice. Minimum shipping charge is $6.00. To return an item to us for any reason, you must first call for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns will not be accepted unless our RMA number is on the outside of the shipping carton, preferably on the shipping label. A restocking charge (greater of 20% or $35) may apply to returns. All returns must be in the original packaging with the entire product in original condition. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. COD shipments to Lake Erie Systems will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Fright on all returns must be prepaid.
