This kit is designed to allow field repair of model 810 control panels with part numbers 0994555-8001 through –8010 & model 880 control panel part number 2246606-8001. Most panel failures are due to missing or broken buttons. This kit will repair most field failures. See the table below for panel and corresponding kit part numbers.

Kit Contents:

Procedure:

1. Remove the control panel from printer

2. Clip the 6 plastic posts on the bottom of the panel close to the round fastener. See figure 1.

3. Remove plastic from control panel PCB assembly,

align & place the new plastics to the PCB. See figure 2.

4. Push fasteners onto posts to secure plastic to PCB.

(We recommend using ¼ inch nut driver to push the fasteners over the posts.)

5. Apply overlays supplied.
