All repairs require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before they can be sent in for repair. We will respond via phone or email with an RMA number. Repairs will not be accepted without a valid Return Material Authorization number attached (RMA#).
When sending in a printer or other device to be repaired
We will evaulate your printer or other device, and call you with an estimate of the repair for your approval. The evaluation fee is $45 and will be applied to the repair cost if you decide to have the item fixed.
After you submit your RMA request, we will email you a form with instructions on packing and shipping your item in for repair.
Where applicable, send in a print sample showing the type of problem you are experiencing.
If you are using any type of special paper or forms, please send in a small quantity for test purposes.
We will not accept repair items shipped to us without an RMA number.
Repair items must be shipped freight prepaid to our facility via a traceable method, UPS, Fedex or USPS with delivery confirmation. We will not accept COD shipments, nor are we responsible for return shipping charges.
