Warranty and Returns Made Easy

How do I return an item?
Warranties and returns are processed on our website. All returns require pre-approval. Use the online warranty & returns form to request an RMA (Return material Authorization) number for the return of your product, and we will respond via phone or email. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Material Authorization number attached (RMA#).

RMA requests for a refund or credit will be issued up to 30 days from the ship date as follows (see exceptions on warranty & returns webpage):
1-15 days......Full credit if unopened / sealed, 25% restock if opened ($35 minimum).
16-30 days......Restock fee equal to 25% of item price ($35 minimum).
31+ days......Items cannot be returned for credit.

For electronic boards, controllers, power supplies, operator panels and laser printheads:
1-15 days......Full credit if unopened and antistatic bag is still sealed. 35% restock if opened or not in original packaging ($75 minimum).
16+ days......Items cannot be returned for credit.

If your item was damaged in shipping:
1. Call us immediately at 800-570-4533. Do not submit a request for an RMA.
2. This claim must be made with the carrier as soon as the package arrives.
3. You must save all packaging material for an inspection by the carrier.
4. Do not under any circumstances ship the product back.
5. If you need a replacement product shipped, place a new order. We will issue a refund for the original damaged order once the claim is settled.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

How do I send my core back to you from your advance exchange program?
Our advance exchange program allows us to ship you the part you need immediately and then you have 30 days to return your core or defective back to us. We recommend you use any carrier that offers tracking such as UPS, Fedex or USPS with "Delivery Confirmation." Alternatively, you may purchase a prepaid return label when you place the order, just add part number: "PRP-LABEL" to your cart before checking out.

What is your warranty policy?
NEW: Brand new equipment, full manufacturer's warranty.

UNUSED: Equipment sold as unused is usually in the manufacturer's original packaging, and carries a 3- or 6-month Lake Erie Systems return-to-depot warranty, except where explicitly noted in a sales agreement or on our invoice.

REFURBISHED: Equipment sold as refurbished has a 90-day Lake Erie Systems return-to-depot warranty, except where explicitly noted in a sales agreement or on our invoice.

ADVANCE EXCHANGE: The equipment is covered by a 90-day Lake Erie Systems return-to-depot warranty, except where explicitly noted in a sales agreement or on our invoice.

USED: Equipment sold as used is covered by a 90-day Lake Erie Systems return-to-depot warranty, except where explicitly noted in a sales agreement or on our invoice.
