Please have your printer model number and a comprehensive description of the problem including the error code, if applicable, to enable our techs to diagnose your problem more quickly. If it is a question about a specific part or printer you purchased from us, please have the PO, E-confirmation or Sales Order number available. A call back number and email address are necessary in case we need to contact you or send instructions.
I have a question on installing a fuser or maintenance kit?
If you’re still having a problem, give us a call at 800-570-4533 Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm EST, and request a Tech Ticket number. You’ll be put through to a technican who can assist you.
How do I send a printer in for repair?
Once your printer has been received and inspected we will call you with an estimate for the repair. The repaired printer will be returned to you in a timely manner, cleaned and shipped with a test report to ensure the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. All our repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty.
